Your name as it appears on your ID, an email and a password. That's it for now.

Verify your identity

About 5 minutes

We need to know every worker is a real person, working under their own name. It protects you as much as it protects us.

What you do

  • Photograph or upload your ID card or passport
  • Record two short selfie videos
  • Add your address and the bank account you'll be paid into

What we do

  • Read the document and check it hasn't expired
  • Match your face to the photo on the ID
  • Have a person review anything the automatic checks can't confirm

Most applications are confirmed within a day. If something needs fixing, we tell you exactly what and you resubmit — you don't start over.

Take the AI interview

About 20 minutes

6 scenario questions for the track you choose. Answer out loud or type — whichever you're more comfortable with.

What you do

  • Pick the track you want to work in
  • Pass a quick camera check so we know it's still you
  • Answer all 6 questions in your own words

What we do

  • Score each answer on communication, problem solving, role knowledge and reliability
  • Use the same rubric for every candidate
  • Never score accent, appearance or where you're from

Answers need at least 12 words to count. Short isn't bad — but one-liners don't give us enough to go on.

Get your result

You see your result as soon as scoring finishes, with a breakdown by competency.

What you do

  • Read your score and feedback
  • Start browsing assignments if you've passed

What we do

  • Approve automatically at 70+ (with every competency at 50+)
  • Send 60–69 to a person for a second look
  • Offer a retry after 14 days below 60

You get 2 attempts in total. Your result shows where you scored lowest, so you know what to work on.

Work and get paid

As much as you like

Claim assignments from our team, submit when you're done, and get paid for everything that's approved.

What you do

  • Claim an assignment that fits your week
  • Submit your work before the deadline
  • Fix anything a reviewer sends back

What we do

  • Show the rate and estimated time up front
  • Review every submission
  • Pay the week's approved work the following Monday

If a reviewer asks for a revision, you get specific notes — not a vague rejection.

About the process

Can I do the steps on different days?
Yes. Your progress is saved after each step, so you can verify your identity today and take the interview later in the week.
Can I use my phone?
For identity verification, a phone is often easiest — the camera is better. For the interview and the work itself, a laptop or desktop is more comfortable.
What if my ID is rejected?
You'll get the reason (for example, a blurry photo or an expired document) and can resubmit straight away. Nothing else you've entered is lost.
Is a person ever involved, or is it all automated?
Both. Automatic checks handle the clear-cut cases quickly; people review anything borderline — identity checks that need a second look and interview scores in the review band.
